Brian C. Belsby, P.E., MBA
Mr. Belsby is the owner and principal engineer. He graduated from the University of Washington
in 1993 and worked for engineering firms in Bellingham and Winthrop, Washington, before obtaining
his professional engineer's license. In 2003 he received a Masters of Business Administration from
Gonzaga University in Spokane. Brian is also licensed in Idaho as a professional engineer and
Washington as a Land Surveyor in Training.

Shawn DesAutel, P.E., MBA
Mr. DesAutel is a Project Engineer at Belsby Engineering. He graduated from the University of
Washington in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Shawn later earned a Masters
of Business Administration from Gonzaga University. He is licensed as a professional engineer in
civil and mechanical engineering. Shawn's experience includes project management, funding acquisiton
structural analysis, and water and sewer facility planning.

Andrew S. Johnson
Mr. Johnson is a designer and drafter at Belsby Engineering. He graduated from Spokane Falls
Community College in 1989. He also received a degree from ITT Technical Institute in 1993.
He has experience in drafting, design and project management at utilities and private companies.

Andrew F. Davis
Mr. Davis is a Civil Designer at Belsby Engineering. He has a civil engineering technology degree
from Spokane Community College. Andrew performed contract administration, construction inspection
and surveying for the Montana Department of Transportation. He also worked on plats and as a field
survey chief for Columbia Northwest Engineering.

Erik Wick
Mr. Wick is pursuing a civil engineering degree at Gonzaga University. He has surveying experience
and preforms WaterCAD analysis and drafting for civil design projects.

Jeff Hartman
Mr. Hartman is and on call inspector with extensive field inspection experience. He is certified in
aggregate, asphalt and concrete testing.
