Belsby provides transportation engineering services to numerous state agencies, municipalities, public and private clients throughout Eastern Washington. Our engineers have expertise with a broad spectrum of transportation improvement projects including road and sidewalk improvements, highway design, intersection improvements, stormwater design and beautification.
Belsby assists clients in identifying necessary maintenance and improvements and locating potential financing sources. We develop a strategic plan for maintenance and reconstruction of existing roadways and implement current safety and drainage practices within existing road networks to comply with the latest standards. Stormwater facilities are analyzed and upgraded as necessary to maximize the life of our client’s infrastructure.
